3-Bedroom Vacation Home Lucky 2:
This spacious half of a vacation home offers plenty of room for a relaxing vacation across two floors.
On the first floor is the large living room with a sofa area and TV (the sofa converts into a sleeper sofa—approx. 1.80 x 2.00), as well as a dining table.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a dining table. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a toilet, and a washing machine.
Upstairs. The upper floor is accessed via a wide staircase. Here you’ll find the two separate bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a spacious closet. The bathroom features a shower and toilet. The bright loft area is particularly lovely.
The vacation home has tile floors and is heated by underfloor heating.
Included in the price: Final cleaning, electricity, water, heating, parking
Services: Bed linens and towels can be booked and must be paid for on site; please bring your own beach towels.
For children: Travel crib, high chair, outlet covers, stair gate, and step stool

There are two half-houses at Lucky Family Vacation Farm. A spacious 3-room half-house spread over two floors and a 2-room half-house, both separate, with a terrace and garden. The vacation units offer every comfort you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation with family or friends. There’s plenty of space for a family vacation with grandparents or the extended family, as the vacation units can also be booked together. This way, everyone has their own private space while still having plenty of opportunities to enjoy a wonderful vacation together.
On the property: a spacious garden with trees, shrubs, a playground, and a paddock. Parking directly at the house. A lockable storage shed for bicycles or water sports equipment, available for shared use.
For families:
Playground and soccer field in town, crib, high chair, stroller (convertible to a buggy), outlet covers, stair gate, and playground equipment for climbing, sliding, and swinging in the garden. The horses in the adjacent paddock are welcome to be petted and groomed under supervision. By arrangement, children can be led on horseback or learn to ride at the nearby private horse farm. A babysitting service can be arranged upon request.

Please transfer the tourist tax of 1.50 euros per night per person (ages 16 and up) along with the final payment.

A laundry set consisting of bed linens and towels can be booked upon request and is paid for on site.
