In the residence there are two villas, each consisting of two residential units. The terrace is divided by a partition into two halves. Thanks to the ventilated position, the temperature is pleasant in the summer months!. The residence is ideal for those who want to completely relax! Around the apartments there is a park of approximately 4500m² which is planted with olive and almond trees. The garden is a great way to walk under the trees and enjoy the tranquility. Children can play undisturbed.
2 natural stone barbecues are available. There is free parking space on site. Lovely beaches are about 2 km away. Orosei offers a good range of shops and is approximately 2 km away. There are also many restaurants and bars. There are small pleasure boats at the marina with various routes, so you can get to know the coast;
The structure offers typical products, free wi-fi and a tourist guide; if you wish you can take advantage of breakfast, lunch and dinner with affiliated facilities by paying a supplement, to be agreed before arrival.
