Bright vacation apartment with approximately 60 m² of living space for up to 2 people
Located near the idyllic village pond in Wenningstedt, this lovingly furnished vacation home is situated on the upper and top floors. The high-quality apartment impresses with its stylish design, bright rooms, and a cozy atmosphere—perfect for relaxing days on Sylt.
After entering on the first floor, where you’ll find a small entryway with a window, the kitchen/living/dining area awaits you on the upper floor:
The room is flooded with light thanks to the access to the south-facing balcony and invites you to linger with its cozy sofa set and a beautiful recliner. Adjacent to the modern, well-equipped kitchenette is a cozy dining area, ideal for shared meals or a glass of wine in the evening. A small library is perfect for reading.
Bathroom: Very spacious and modern full bathroom with two windows and a beautiful view across the horse paddock all the way to the lighthouse in Kampen.
A spiral staircase that’s easy to navigate leads you to the attic:
Bedroom: A double bedroom with high-quality built-in closets and a window.
Location: The vacation rental is situated in a quiet spot on the edge of a field with a magnificent panoramic view, right on the bike path to Kampen. The village pond, bus stop, pharmacy, and shops (including Feinkost Meyer) are all nearby. Numerous restaurants and the sandy beach at Wenningstedt are also within walking distance. A walk eastward takes you to the Braderuper Heide. A lockable garden shed is available for e-bikes.
