About this house rental
This vacation home in a popular residential area of Wenningstedt offers plenty of space for up to 6 people in approximately 140 m².
Living/Dining Room: On the first floor is the open-concept living and dining area with two comfortable sofas, a high-quality seating set, and a large dining table for the whole family. From here, you can also access the west-facing terrace, which features garden furniture and a beach chair.
Kitchen: The high-quality, brand-new kitchen (installed in January 2019) is equipped with Miele appliances and an ice maker.
Bathroom 1: Modern shower room.
A staircase with good access leads to the upper floor:
Bedroom 1: Single bedroom with a French loft bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) for children.
Bedroom 2: Upholstered double bed and built-in closets.
Bedroom 3: French double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and large built-in closet.
Bathroom 2: High-quality shower room on the same level as the bedrooms.
The basement of the house features:
Bedroom 4 / Guest Room: Double bedroom with TV and large built-in closet.
Wellness: Private sauna and a walk-in shower on the lower level.
Utility room: Laundry room with washer/dryer and storage space for luggage.
Garden: Here you’ll find two terraces and bike parking spaces.
Location: This beautiful half of a vacation home is located in the center of Wenningstedt and is not far from the beach. The bakery and cozy restaurants are just a few steps away.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem großzügigen Haus. Waren nur zu zweit und ohne Hund. Das einzige was wirklich fehlte war ein Kleiderschrank, in dem man Hosen und Hemden aufhängen konnte. Ansonsten ist ausreichend Stauraum vorhanden. Die Kopfkissen sind in die Jahre gekommen und nach 10 Minuten platt gelegen.
Insgesamt aber sonst alles i.O.
