Bright 2-room apartment with approx. 39 m² of living space in a central location, suitable for 2 people.
This cozy vacation home was freshly renovated and furnished in the spring of 2024, featuring a new living and dining area, a new bed, and a new sink. The apartment has been painted in a modern shade of gray and fitted with new flooring. It is located on the second floor, in a central location on the main street in Wenningstedt.
Kitchen/Living/Dining Area: The well-equipped kitchenette has been cleverly integrated and adjoins the cozy dining area. The bright living room features a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a TV, a stereo system, and plenty of storage space. From here, you can step out onto the spacious east-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast.
Bedroom: The bedroom, which has a window and blackout curtains, features a comfortable double bed (1.60 x 2 m) and a wardrobe.
Upon request, an additional guest can use the fold-out bed in the living area.
Bathroom: Bright bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Location: This apartment is centrally located; shopping, a bakery, bike rentals, and a bus stop are all in the immediate vicinity. Wenningstedt Beach and the village pond are easily accessible on foot.

Kompakte und gut geschnittene Ferienwohnung mit Liebe im Detail. Alles vorhanden, außer Spülmaschine. Die Lage mitten in Wenningstedt ist perfekt für kurze Wege für Einkauf
und Bushaltestelle. Im Sommer könnte es evtl. warm in der Wohnung sein, da keine Rolläden bzw. Markise vorhanden.
Für unseren Bedarf war es aber perfekt und daher eine Wiederholung nicht ausgeschlossen.

Die Wohnung liegt nahe wichtiger Versorgungsangebote z.B. Bäcker usw. Leider ist es aufgrund des Verkehrsaufkommens in der Hauptstraße sehr laut. Ein Schlafen am offenen Fenster war für uns nicht möglich. Die Nutzung des Balkons ist daher auch sehr eingeschränkt.
Die Wohnung und ihre Ausstattung wurden sauber übergeben.
