Die Matratze im Einzelzimmer ist durchgelegen und bedarf einer Erneuerung. Im Bad befinden sich keine Einhebelmischbatterien.

Eine ausgezeichnete Wohnung in allerbester Lage. Eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit unverbaubaren Heideblick. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Leider hat die Wohnung nur eine Toilette im Untergeschoss. Sonst top.

(Fast) Perfekt: Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Sie ist aus einem Guss eingerichtet und dekoriert. Kleinigkeiten stehen der Beurteilung als uneingeschränkt perfekt entgegen: Die Haustür hat außen erhebliche Beschädigungen. Das Gestell der Markise und die Kurbel sind verrostet. Die Wohnung ist hellhörig (lebhafte Nachbarn sind deutlich zu hören). Die Schlösser der Schränke im 2-Bett-Zimmer waren überwiegend nicht gängig. Im Bad wäre eine Seifenschale nützlich gewesen. Im Briefkasten liegt im Juli eingegangene Post für den Eigentümer. Der Lüfter im Bad ist wenig effektiv. Aber: Insgesamt eben fast perfekt.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, Orginal wie auf den Fotos. Perfekt mit Parkplatz vor der Tür. Gute Lage keine 3 min zur Bushaltestelle , 5 min zum Strand. In der Küche fehlte nichts. Tolle Terrasse mit schönen Gartenstühlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
