About this house rental
Pure relaxation! A thatched-roof vacation home with a direct view of the water. A nature-filled vacation for the whole family. The Baltic Sea beach, the ocean, and the waves. The thatched-roof, two-story vacation home is surrounded by a large garden that’s perfect for barbecuing and playing. From the large terrace, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Bodden. Beautiful patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a grill are also provided.
The first floor features an open-concept kitchen and living area with a wood-burning stove and a sleeper sofa, as well as the bathroom. The bedroom with a double bed is located in the attic. A beautiful, modern sauna has been built in the basement. The washing machine and dryer are also located in the basement.
To explore the surrounding area, bicycles can be rented at a reasonable price in Barth (delivery and pickup service).
Wolff Vacation Home:
You can access the Wolff vacation home through the fenced-in property, which is available exclusively to you for your vacation. You enter the house via the terrace, which offers a stunning view of the Bodden.
On the first floor, you’ll find an open-concept living area with a kitchen, which has been lovingly and tastefully furnished. The kitchen features a large ceramic cooktop, a kettle, a Senseo coffee maker, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a small oven. In the adjacent open living area, featuring a sleeper sofa (140x200), TV, and wood-burning stove, you can enjoy the view of the garden with its pond all the way to the Bodden.
On the first floor, you’ll also find the bathroom with a shower and heated floors.
A staircase leads up to the open-concept attic, where a double bed (160x200) is available for sleeping. For our youngest guests (up to 2 years old), a travel crib is gladly provided free of charge upon request.
In the basement, which is accessible from outside, there is a sauna with enough space for 2 people. You can also use the washer and dryer in the basement.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
