About this house rental
2nd-floor Studio (Full-size bed) with kitchenette (see pics), 2 TVs (local stations and streaming with your account), Wi-Fi, and Parking. Optional W/D $6.

7 minutes to Capitol, 15 to MDT airport, 20 to Hershey.
Harrisburg is a diverse city. Our unit is in a good area.
RESTRICTION DUE TO 'SAFETY FIRST':
Due to the building structure (steps), shower glass frame, and Asian-type furniture, the unit WOULD NOT FIT LARGE FRAME PERSONS / ANYONE ABOVE 200 lbs.
YOU KEEP and return a clean unit or PAY for cleaning or lose the deposit.
READ our House Rules BEFORE BOOKING: VIOLATION TERMINATES THE STAY WITHOUT REFUND! We, the Super Host, serve ONLY super guests.
HOUSE RULES:
1. You will get the door code + Internet code + a tour of your unit with the "DO's" and the "DONT's" regarding parking, trash, electricity failure, emergency procedure, and how to pay $6 for each load of W/D - upon arrival.
2. Guests do not pay the cleaning fee IF they keep the unit clean; return the unit cleaned and intact; otherwise DO pay $150 or their deposit is not returned.
3. We conserve energy; avoid excessive cooling/heating.
4. You are a guest and not allowed to bring your guests or visitors (others not on the reservation list). Unauthorized visitors will be trespassers and handle by the police.
5. House rules follow the PA Tenement, Lodging, and Boarding Houses Act.
The main items are:
no visitors; maintain a clean unit and quiet atmosphere; no smoking, no vaping, no candles or any open fire, no illegal drugs or excessive drinking. No gun. No pets. Report any issue 24/7.
6. The house has a multiple flights/steps, no grab bars, narrow doorway, no elevator, lacking accessibility and not suitable for guest with mobility impairments.
7. We apply pest control and disinfectant as per CDC guidelines. Way before the Corona era, the spread of bed bugs was and remains a major issue. Due to our tight pesticide procedures, WE HAVE NOT HAD BED-BUGS EVER IN OUR PLACES. You CAN NOT come if your belongings are infected.
You agree to participate in the monthly 'Cleaning and Maintenance Day'.
8. As a guest, you cannot use the house address as your primary residence and cannot receive mail and use the house to obtain driver's license.
9. We do ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. We want everyone to have a great time at the house, always be mindful of our neighbors!
10. Any violation may immediately terminate your stay, without a refund. We are Super Hosts that serve and accommodate SUPER guests only.
