Reethüs Rosenkranz—this special hideaway combines spaciousness with tasteful comfort. This exquisitely renovated, top-of-the-line country house will pamper you with plenty of space and countless opportunities for a relaxing vacation!
Location
This historic dream home from 1678 awaits you in Aventoft, not far from the Danish border, in the beautiful and idyllic village of Rosenkranz. The historic town of Møgeltøndern is just a few minutes’ drive away. Just a few meters from the vacation home, you’ll find not only a beautiful swimming lake (Hülltoft Tief) but also the lovely and well-known Nolde Museum… a must-see for all art lovers and culture enthusiasts.
The outdoor pool in Aventoft is open daily during the summer season. The North Sea and dune island of Rømø is about 45 km away, and the North Sea swimming spot Südwesthörn is 19 km away.
The island of Sylt is also easily accessible for day trips by train or car ferry.
The Baltic Sea and Flensburg. Glücksburg, Schleswig (Viking Museum), and Kiel are all within an hour’s drive.
There is a well-stocked grocery store in Neukirchen (3 km). In the border town of Süderlügum (12 km), the supermarkets are also open on Sundays.

The 150-square-meter Reethüs Rosenkranz offers a total of 3 bedrooms, two of which are on the first floor: one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and direct access to a terrace and a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower. The other bedroom features a double bed (160 x 200). All bedrooms are equipped with special mattresses to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Your beds will, of course, be made upon arrival.
The maximum occupancy for this vacation home is limited to four people.
The spacious, stylishly furnished living area features a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a Dolby Surround sound system (Bluetooth-enabled). The beautiful dining area is perfect for enjoying time with friends and family.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and every convenience, ensuring that even amateur chefs will find everything they need. A highlight here is the open fireplace.
The utility room with a washer and dryer and a small guest restroom round out the space.
Upstairs, you’ll find another bedroom (180 x 200), a shower room with a toilet, and, on the loft, a chill-out and relaxation area where you can comfortably retreat with a good book.
When the weather is nice, the terrace with comfortable patio furniture and a parasol is the perfect spot to relax. On another terrace, you can enjoy the sweeping view across the Geest all the way to the Nolde Museum while lounging in a luxury beach chair.

The thatched-roof property is a smoke-free home. We are happy to provide Wi-Fi free of charge. A small dog (knee-high) is welcome in our vacation home.
You can conveniently park your car (2 parking spaces) on the driveway directly in front of the property. Enjoy the sunny hours with a view across the fields.
A security deposit of 500 € is required for this vacation home.
An initial set of bed linens and towels must be booked with this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
Additional linen packages can be booked as optional extras.

Reethüs Rosenkranz is the perfect house for a stay! We (me, my wife and her parents) enjoyed every second here - living in a bustling city in Asia for years makes coming here such a huge contrast but also an eye-opener to what life should or could be like.
The Andresen family has such a great taste in interior decoration! Every little detail is thought through - colors, fabrics, materials all come together and the whole house, inside and outside, has been meticulous renovated, and we found all the amenities you can think of to make a perfect stay.
The location is really good, too. Few kilometers to shopping, the sea, attractions....and fantastic nature. Of course a car is a must in an open area like this, but it's absolutely worth exploring the surrounding region anyway.
Will highly recommend this house to anyone - and we do definitely want to come back!

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in obigem Haus verbracht. Es handelt sich um ein ausnahmslos schönes, geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage in mitten der Natur lädt zum spazieren gehen und Radfahren ein, auch für Ausflüge zu den Inseln ist der Ausgangspunkt perfekt. Man sollte unbedingt nach Dänemark in die Stadt Tondern radeln, ist nur ein Katzensprung.
Auch mehrere Restaurants sind in der Umgebung vorhanden. Kleiner Tipp unbedingt zu Annelie Rasch in Neukirchen gehen, sehr gutes Essen in familiärer Atmosphäre.
Alles in allem ein absolut gelungener Urlaub in herausragender Unterkunft.

Entspannung pur, stilvolle und trotzdem bequeme Einrichtung, viel Raum und Platz - das alles bekommt man in ruhiger Lage im Fischerhaus 3 in Rosenkranz bei Aventoft. Der gemeinsame Urlaub mit Kindern und Enkelkind wurde so zu einem entspannten Aufenthalt im äußersten Norden von Deutschland. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen. Einfach Klasse.
