Wind and open spaces, art and the sea! Enjoy your North Sea vacation under a thatched roof on the second line of dikes. This exclusively furnished vacation rental with a fantastic panoramic view is a dream come true for those seeking relaxation.
The Location
Furnished in 2019, this vacation rental is located on a quiet residential street in the newly renovated top floor of our historic thatched-roof house, just a few minutes by bike from the North Sea and the Südwesthörn swimming area. Nearby are the county seat of Niebüll, the Dagebüll ferry terminal, the Klanxbüll train station, and the Nolde Museum in Seebüll. The vacation rental offers an ideal starting point for bike tours, birdwatching, trips to the islands of Sylt, Föhr, and Amrum, to Denmark, and much more. Shopping options can be found in the towns of Niebüll, Dagebüll, and Risum-Lindholm, each approximately 10 km away.
The Amenities
The spacious and high-quality furnished apartment is located on the first floor of a thatched-roof property and is accessible via a wide wooden staircase.
The kitchen is a comfortably furnished space for hobby chefs. It features a stove with a 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop and an oven with an integrated microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker (filter size 4), and is equipped with a toaster, blender, electric kettle, and dishes.
In the spacious living area, a sofa and a comfortable armchair provide cozy seating with a fantastic view of the lake dike. A fiber-optic connection provides you with free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. A Blu-ray/DVD player is available. To listen to music, connect your cell phone to the soundbar via Bluetooth.
In the bedrooms, a double bed (180 × 200) and two single beds (90 × 200) with Medicare mattresses offer the highest level of sleeping comfort.
A sauna featuring a particularly gentle and pleasant Sanarium system is available, along with an exclusively furnished bathroom featuring double sinks, a freestanding bathtub, and a spacious, walk-in rain shower.
The entire living area is heated by underfloor heating. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use on the first floor.
In the garden, you’ll find a patio area with outdoor furniture, from which you can watch the sunset over the fields.

Art and colors, combined with the endless expanse of the sea and the rhythm of the tides, along with ever-changing skies bathed in breathtaking light, offer pure enjoyment and relaxation. A lockable storage room is available for bicycles.
An initial set of bed linens and towels must be booked with this accommodation and is already included in the final price. Additional linen packages can be added via the optional services.

Super ausgestattete Wohnung in toller Umgebung. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern (1,5 und 3,5 Jahre) zwei Wochen hier. Die Ruhe war traumhaft. Als Bonus gab es Rehe und Hasen direkt vor dem Fenster.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Die Küche ist hochwertig eingerichtet, sodass wir prima kochen konnten. Das Wohnzimmer bietet ausreichend Platz zum Spielen und der Ausblick ist einfach toll.
Generell liegt das Haus sehr ruhig, wir haben genau das gesucht. Im Garten war viel Platz zum Toben und der kaum gefahrene Weg auf dem Deich direkt am Haus lädt zu Spaziergängen ein.

Es hat uns hier an nichts gefehlt. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig, die Lage ruhig und gut für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

5 Tage in einem kühlen Mai.Sehr schöne und idyllisch gelegenes Reetdachhaus auf dem Binnendeich, weitab von allem Trubel.Sehr gut ausgestattet mit Sauna und großem Bad, alles sehr modern und gemütlich. Küche ebenfalls super, wir haben jeden Abend gekocht, es "fehlten" uns nur eine Knoblauch- und eine Zitronenpresse.
Sauna perfekt, gute Lage für Aktivitäten, wir sind geradelt bis Dänemark, am Deich geskatet und haben Hallig Hooge besucht.
