Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig. Super Sicht, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause.

Alles sehr gut !! Kleine Anmerkung: in der Küche fehlt auf der linken Seite Stauraum und Ablagefläche ( siehe Ferienhaus Föhr ). Ein wunderschöner Urlaub, kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !!!

Das Haus war uns wegen der ruhigen Lage mit unverstelltem Blick über Felder direkt auf den Deich empfohlen worden. Wir fanden das Haus super ausgestattet mit halbem Blick auf den Deich vor. Die andere Hälfte war durch Bagger verstellt, was nichts Gutes ahnen ließ. Tatsächlich finden direkt an die südöstliche Grundstücksecke anschließend derzeit (Dezember 2022) werktags Erschließungsarbeiten für ein neues Baugebiet statt. So bewegten sich 8 Stunden täglich Bagger, LKW und - besonders laut - Rüttelplatten in 20 m Entfernung hin und her. Alternativ wurde uns nach Rücksprache ein Haus mitten im Ferienhausgebiet ohne jegliche Aussicht und ohne Preisnachlass angeboten. Als wir das ablehnten, sprach man uns 30€ Preisnachlass für die komplette Woche zu - ein Witz. Es empfiehlt sich, sich vor der Buchung nach dem Stand der Bauarbeiten zu erkundigen. Wenn einen Baulärm nicht stört, ist die Syltrose ein schön ausgestattetes Haus, in dem man einen schönen Urlaub verbringen kann
