Situated in an exclusive, gated, Grayhawk community in one of Arizona’s most desirable zip codes 85255. This remodeled and spacious 3BD/2BA unit is the perfect choice for a family vacation or a getaway for a group of friends.

It was recently renovated from top to bottom and furnished with premium stainless steel appliances and finishes, contemporary decor, and hardwood floor or tile throughout.

The unit includes a private attached 2-car garage that you can enter via code or with a remote. The unit is on the ground floor, there are no stairs.

There is a Sonos Bluetooth speaker available.

Located just steps from one of 4 heated pools and a 2-minute walk to the gym equipped with state-of-the-art machines, there’s no need to choose between relaxing or staying fit during your stay.

The open-concept living room, with a 65” TV and a gas fireplace, and fully-stocked kitchen, complete with gas stove, bar area, and wine fridge, is great for both a low-key night home alone as well as entertaining. The table seats 6 and there are 5 barstools at the counter, plus 2 couches and an armchair.

Down the hall from the living room is an office area with a granite countertop to get some work done.

Before dinner, enjoy drinks on the private furnished patio and take in the colors of a Sonoran desert sunset sky.

The master bedroom has a King-size bed, 40” tv, walk-in closet, baby Pack-n-Play, full-length mirror, and breakfast nook. Wind down from the day while watching the coffered ceiling lighting shift from hue to hue. The master bathroom has 2 sinks and a walk-in shower.

The other bedroom has a Queen-size bed. One of the bedrooms has access to the patio.

Sing along to your favorite tunes while you scrub down using the showers’ Bluetooth capabilities.

The unit has AC and heat and all rooms are complete with a remote-controlled fan for added ventilation.

The unit is equipped with a full-sized high-end washer and dryer. Extra sheet sets for all the beds are located in the linen closet in the hallway, while extra towels are in the respective bathrooms. Towels for swimming are in the linen closet as well.

Towels for swimming are provided at the pools.

The couch does not pull out but there is a Queen-size blowup mattress available.

There is high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit.

We wanted to stay in the Grayhawk area and this condo jumped to the top while we were looking. There were no surprises and the condo looked like the posted pictures and worked great for the 5 of us. Darcy was very quick to answer any questions while we were there. All 5 of us highly recommend this condo - great location, clean, nicely furnished with great amenities in the common areas.

This property sits just north of the 101 and is perfect to get anywhere around the city. The host is a great communicator and works with you before/during/& after the stay. Please is clean and works great for our family.
