The Westend-Refugium in Bansin—surrounded by forest, the promenade, and the beach—guarantees the perfect Baltic Sea vacation.
This popular property is located at the western end of the seaside resort of Bansin, on the second block of the beautiful Bergstraße and next to a beech forest. The comfortable amenities—including an elevator, underground parking, and on-site parking spaces (within the parking system, max. size 1.5x5m)—leave nothing to be desired. Twenty-three beautiful apartments (completed in 1998) with cozy, individually designed interiors look forward to your visit. Villa Margot is just 50 meters from the beach and the promenade and is also an ideal starting point for exploring the imperial spas as well as the forested hinterland with its many inland lakes. There is beach access right in front of the building.
VM 15:
This modern, one-room apartment features a small balcony (2 sqm) and a rooftop terrace. This large terrace is accessible from both this studio apartment and the one across the hall (Apartment No. 31) and is very popular during the summer months—from breakfast in the morning to a glass of wine before bed—with the sound of the sea included.
The two apartments (Apartments No. 15 and 31) are ideal for a vacation with two couples or parents with children. When booking both apartments, we offer a 10% discount on the respective room rate.
The apartments are furnished with modern wooden furniture, laminate flooring, wicker armchairs, a separate dining table, and a kitchenette with a 4-burner stove.
Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay, so you can stay up to date or share your vacation photos with loved ones back home.
This apartment is assigned a parking space in the underground garage’s parking system (for cars up to a maximum height of 1.50 m and length of 5.00 m).
