Welcome to Great Escape to the Smokies! This beautiful 4010 sqft, 4 bedroom 3 full baths and 2 half baths cabin is the perfect place to base your getaway. Great Escape to the Smokies has parking for 3 vehicles, hot tub, wifi throughout the cabin, game room, movie room and is located in the Cedar Creek Crossing Resort in Wear’s Valley just minutes from action packed Pigeon Forge!
Main Level:
Entry level of this cabin features the living room, kitchen, dining area, 1 bedroom, and 1 and a half bathrooms.
The living area offers comfortable furnishings, flat screen HDTV, and an electric fireplace just perfect for casting a calming glow over the room. The fully equipped kitchen with all stainless appliances makes meal time a breeze. With the bar-top area providing seating for 4 and the dining table seating 6 people comfortably there's plenty of room for everyone. Just off the kitchen you will find a washer and dryer for added convenience.
After a fun filled evening, retire to the King bedroom suite which offers an HDTV and a private attached bathroom with a jacuzzi tub!
Step out onto the deck and let your muscles relax with a soak in the private hot tub, or warm up around the gas fire pit on a chilly day.
A charcoal grill is located in the yard close to the fire pit.
Upper Level:
Travel upstairs to find an open gaming loft, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
Enter into a little friendly competition on the pool table or perhaps bring out your inner card shark on the poker table. There is also a twin-bunk in the game area.
You will find 2 bedrooms on this level, each with HDTV and a private attached bathroom with a jacuzzi tub! One bedroom features 2 Full beds while the other offers a King bed.
Lower Level:
Head outside to access the lower level where you will find an open area bedroom with bunk bed, a movie room and a half bathroom.
The open area bedroom features a wet bar/kitchenette, a full-over-full bunk bed and HDTV.
Grab the snacks and popcorn and settle in for a movie night around the large HDTV.
Guests are provided with a complimentary Luxury Pass, offering a free ticket daily to several of the area’s most popular attractions.

We had the best time cathing up with friends for our 20th Anniversary, the cabin was wonderful, Comfortable beds nice jacuzzi wonderful atmosphere!

We had a blast. Check in was a breeze the place is roomy and beautiful. The hot tub was great the downstairs theater room was a great our kids loved it. And us adults enjoyed playing cards while we were there beds are great and so are the bathrooms and plenty of them. We will definitely be booking this one again.

The cabin was good and clean. Definitely needs some deck work screws sticking out of the railing needs attention. Some of it was rotten. I think for premium price things like this should be addressed. Also the privacy fence was about to fall down. Just some things you need to address. But loved the cabin.

Frustrating. We were supposed to check in at 4pm on 25th (with possibly later because of high check in day) and we actually got to Pigeon Forge about an hour earlier than 4pm. I called and they said that the cabin had not been cleared by Housekeeping (HK) yet and that they will call when it is. We decided to go see where the cabin was and drive by just so we knew exactly where it was and then planned on going to get groceries/something to eat. We drive to the cabin and no one is there. So I call again and ask if cabin is ready and she said that it still was not cleared by HK (this was 15 minutes prior to 4pm) and she said that if we haven't received call by 5 we could call again. So we decided to go eat. We went to restaurant down on the main road. It started to snow slighly at a steady rate. 5pm I called again to see if I could get a code...still not cleared. A few minutes later they called and said they have the code for me. I got out paper and pen and then she says hang on one system says it is cleared and another says it isn't and she said that she would call me back. At 5:06pm I receive an email saying I have booked a reservation for a cabin that sleeps up to 58 people MountainView Retreat. I immediately am like what in the world? I called and spoke with someone and they said that they had to change my cabin because the original cabin Great Escape had a busted pipe and that the people that went there to fix it got caught in the snow and are unable to get out and they didn't want to send us that way because it wasn't safe. So I proceeded to ask where this cabin is and code to get in and also if we are going to be staying in this ourentire stay because the dates say only for a few days. I told her that I have 4 different families represented and children and it is hard to pack and unpack etc. She said that the cabin was available for only 4 nights before someone else would be there to check in and at that point they will have to move us and hopefully our original cabin would be available at that time. (We had originally booked 7 nights). Frustrated but she tells me this is the only option. We load up and start to drive towards new cabin. As we are driving we notice there is more of an incline on this road to cabin than other. We came upon people stuck and unable to get up mountain. By this time it is past 6pm and so I had no one to call because they were closed. **Wont let me type anymore**
