About this house rental
Book this exquisite home in the popular Villa Lago community of Sandestin resort. Your group will love the convenience of one downstairs bedroom with a private bath as well as three bedrooms upstairs with private baths. With a community pool close by, beautiful lake views, and 6 passenger golf cart, you'll have everything you need for your next beach vacation.

Upstairs bunk room: top bunk: single bed, bottom bunk: double bed
The beach is less than a 5 min drive on the golf cart to the beach side of the resort. We provide a code for easy parking on the beach side.
At the end of the day, take a bike ride on the resort or golf cart over to the Baytown Wharf Village for a huge playground for kids, zipline, nature trails, shops, and restaurants. Don't forget to check the calendar for the schedule of events from outdoor movies, live music, and fireworks!
You are also minutes from the entertainment area of Grand Boulevard with a movie theatre, Publix, upscale restaurants, and shops. For an easy outing with kids, eat outside at Cantina Laredo while the kids play on the splash pad.

We had a great stay. Wonderful home. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils you will need. Wonderful views from patio and balcony. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Community was nice. Pool tends to be overcrowded but I know it's hot out. Golf cart was a plus because it made moving around Baytowne and travel to the beach easy. We've visited Baytowne for several years and this is a 1st for a golfcart and it was very convenient to have. It was a plus because it had a luggage rack on the top for taking chairs and other beach items to the beach.We brought our own chairs but the home has some and other beach items for you to use. It also had straps provided to secure them down. The only problem was that the horn and lights did not work and we had a vehicle that stopped us saying it was hard to see us at night. I did notice there was a lot of corrosion on the batteries that may have caused the issue. Only issue with the home was not having a tv in the downstairs bedroom or the bunk bed room. Overall very nice home.

This condo was perfect for us . 4 people, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. The golf cart was great for getting to Baytown for dinner each night. We will rent it again if it is available for our golf trip.

Everything was perfect with this rental except the golf cart did not hold a charge. Had to walk a lot due to this.
