Welcome to the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe!
Our modern and very well-equipped vacation apartment with a sea view and a covered balcony (50 square meters, max. 2 guests, living room, bedroom, bathroom/shower, kitchenette, elevator, Wi-Fi) is located on the first floor of a newly built apartment building, just about 100 m from the fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea.
When you step out onto the balcony, you’ll be greeted on one side by a beautiful, idyllic view of the sea and the spa gardens, which are charming in every season.
In the other direction, you can look out along Strandstraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with its small shops, cozy cafés, and restaurants. At the end, the historic Rügen resort railway, the “Rasender Roland,” crosses the path.
On the spacious and wide Strandstraße, you can stroll through a natural arbor in the middle of the street that stretches for about two kilometers.
The Baltic Sea resort of Baabe, along with the nearby coastal forest and the Bodden landscape at the other end of town, is part of the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve. Here, you’ll find plenty of space and an unspoiled natural landscape.
Accessibility—suitable for seniors—is provided from your underground parking space through the elevator all the way into the apartment (not wheelchair-accessible). Pamper your body in the on-site sauna. The stylishly and attractively designed wellness area is located in the basement of Villa Düne. It is available to you (for a small fee) for relaxation and well-being.
Next to the communal sauna is a laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers each, which you can use for a fee.
Bicycle storage is available in the bicycle cellar and in the outdoor area immediately adjacent to the building entrances. You can park your car in the underground garage.
