Enjoy a riverside "Lodgette" just steps from the banks of the Russian River and walking distance to the charming Healdsburg town square. Expansive river views and lodge decor. Fill your days canoeing, kayaking, stand up paddling, fishing, bird watching, swimming in the pool, riding bikes into town or napping on the deck. Kayaks, SUP boards, river floats, beach chairs and bikes all included!
Feels like the country but close to town! This serene country escape is nestled under oak trees and close to the Healdsburg's acclaimed restaurants, wineries and shops - minutes away by bike or foot!
Two cozy bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. Each bedroom has separate access to bathroom with shower. Includes large family room with lots of comfy seating, Smart TV, chess set, games, puzzles, books and record/CD/cassette player. There is a twin bed in the family room so sleeps 4 adults plus 1 child.
Naturalist's and birder's dream: Great blue herons, white egrets, osprey, and bald eagles all nest in this stretch of the river. There is a large family of deer in the adjacent field, river otters, a neighborhood fox, tons of quail and many other birds!
New improved Kitchenette! New Smeg countertop oven joins a slow cooker, toaster oven, popcorn maker, s'more's maker, egg cooker, coffee maker, blender, ice maker, fridge and many more kitchen amenities (no dishwasher or microwave) - see photos.
Expansive outdoor space with both pool and river access just steps away. Several seating areas and two outdoor dining areas. Unobstructed river view. Ping pong table, lawn bowling, croquet, shuffle board, bocce ball and badminton included! New additions: 2 two-wheel adult bikes, 1 adult trike, 2 kids bikes!
What we mean by "lodgette": Lodge vibes but only two suites on several acres. One suite is upstairs (owner suite) and one suite is downstairs (your guest suite). Downstairs suite is completely separate from upstairs suite with exclusive use of pool, large deck two dining areas, multiple seating areas, large lawn, river toys, bikes and games. River path is shared between owner and guest but you'll find many walkable private spots for lounging, swimming, picnicking and paddling. Private driveway and private entrance.
***Also available is a "Riverbank Bungalow" with a queen bed, 2 person dining set, outdoor seating, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchenette, fridge, coffee maker and dry-flushing toilet. Converted barn gives camping vibes with all the creature comforts. Great extra bedroom for a 5th adult - send inquiry for photos. Additional $100/night + $50 laundry/cleaning fee.
***We now have a gym! Converted 3-car garage with Pilates reformer, water rower, treadmill, stationery bike, elliptical trainer, massage table, infrared sauna, vibrating plates, TRX, wall Pilates, weights, yoga mats, foam rollers and stretching area on new cushioned hardwood floors - send inquiry for photos. Carina, the host, was extraordinarily responsive, helpful and welcoming. I had to ask text several questions during our first day there. She patiently and cheerfully answered each text immediately. The house was charming, clean and comfortable. The property was gorgeous a lovely green lawn (rare for a riverfront home) with direct access to the river itself.

Great visit, we loved the outdoor space and playing shuffleboard! Felt secluded but so close to town. We went for morning runs into town for breakfast and it was perfect!

We had a fantastic stay right on the Russian River with 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The rental was fully stocked with river gear (kayaks, paddleboards and canoes) with easy river access. The pool and shuffleboard court were enjoyed. Birdwatchers will appreciate the variety of birds around the property. We even saw river otters while out kayaking. Even though the owner lives just above the rental, it still felt very private and peaceful. A great mix of nature, comfort, and fun.

My family visited California for a wedding. This property is stunning. Great location on a large piece of property. The home is very spacious. We had a group of 8 of us and there was more than enough room. The owners were exceptional to deal with. It is very close to the downtown core of Healdsburg which has numerous shopping and dining options. There is also a golf course less than a mile away from this rental. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.
