No longer do you have to walk up steps with groceries or lug all of your beach gear up two sets of steps. Pull right into the garage and ride the elevator up to the great room! Enter into the spacious, bright and airy great room which is open to the dining and kitchen areas. Relax in the large master bedroom suite with a king size bed, a flat screen television, and French doors that open onto the large, screened lanai. An additional three bedrooms, all with queen size beds and flat screen televisions, for family and guests are equally comfortable. Relaxing views are yours from your canal front, pool and heated spa, with a two tier screened lanai. Sandy beaches and Back Bay scenery are just a short walk away at .3 mile (or 7-minute walk to the beach at Newton Park located at 4650 Estero Blvd). You'll leave wanting to return again and again. Extra features include password protected wireless high-speed internet, cable tv, beach towels, pool toys, cooler for taking beverages to the beach, a beach wagon, and a charcoal grill. We had a great stay at the home. It was very close to the beach and it was also fun to stay on the canal. Had everything you needed. However, bring your beach chair. Only 1 was provided. Very clean and spacious. Loved the pool and Lanai. Walking distance to Publix and Junkanoo/Fresh Catch.
