About this cottage rental
Beautiful country house with a lovely stone facade and a big garden.
Located just 1.5km from the village of Sineu.
I highlight its well-kept garden and the comfortable exterior with panoramic views of the countryside and the mountains.
The main house has a capacity for 6 guests, on the ground floor
it has 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor there are
one more double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
Large living room with air conditioning, a full equipped and furnished kitchen, both rooms with direct access to the porch.
9 x 4 pool with sun loungers and sofas surrounded by grass.
Sineu stands out for its famous Wednesday market with great agricultural content, currently a tourist focus. Very good restaurants to taste one of the most typical dishes of Mallorca, the "Majorcan frit".
- - SECURITY DEPOSIT THAT IS DELIVERED ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL: € 300.
- - THE ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION SHALL BE PAID SEPARATELY AT € 0.30 / KWH.
- - THE ECOTASA (LOCAL TAX PAID BY THE TOURIST) SHALL BE PAID ON ARRIVAL AT THE HOUSE.

Delightful quiet and very spacious villa with immaculate swimming pool and lovely garden. Very good (essential in July) air conditioning in all the bedrooms. Great barbecue area and also enjoyed using the ping pong table.

Nous avons eu un merveilleux accueil par Madalena et son fils , des personnes vraiment adorables ..... tout au long de notre séjour , nous avons eu des attentions particulières , oeufs frais , plat typique majorquin .... La maison était vraiment magnifique !!! Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux !
