Enjoyed our stay here for 2 days while i had eye surgery. Had a hiccup with toilet not flushing but we figured it out. Apt very clean and just as pictures. Sparse kitchen supplies. No.coffee filters, no tea, no sugar of any kind. Overall, i would stay there again. Good price! And close to all medical facilities.

We came into Dallas for a sorority convention 7/5-11/2024.
The unit was exactly as presented in photos.
Neighborhood is “sketchy.” The Lyft drivers say the neighborhood is being “regentrified.”
Anyway…
- DIFFICULT to operate the TV. Using QR Code to download ROKU. Not good.
The toilet-you must juggle the handle after flushing or it won’t flush.
Water pressure in the bathroom sink, was EXTREMELY POOR.
The unit is old but I must say, it was clean and I did feel safe!
The kitchen utensils were old and seemed to be just thrown in a drawer with no drawer liner or utensil holder. The kitchen needs painting inside the cabinet where the garbage can is.
The artificial flowers in a vase in the corner of the living room needs to be cleaned-extremely dusty and the “stems of grass” in the vase need to be dusted.
Just “pay attention to details.”
Details REALLY matter.
