HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? Less than you think! “Imagine planning an anniversary with your husband to an overwater bungalow and you realize that with that same money you could take your 18 best-friends on a dream vacation to private resort... that's exactly what happened with our group.” Josie Kelly from Dallas, TX explains. Prices change drastically by season with back-to-school time being the lowest. However, for much less than the cost of luxury hotel rooms, family groups up to 24 people can have this entire award-winning villa to themselves.

PRIVATE PARADISE VILLA is located directly on Cozumel’s Marine Park where some of the best snorkeling and diving in the world is enjoyed along with a kaleidoscope of blue seascapes that will take your breath away.
THE GREAT ROOM boasts a giant theater screen that descends over the ocean view at night, DTS surround-sound, gather-around Hibachi griddle dining experience and a hilarious Shadow Theater. Here children & adults go backstage, select music videos and props to make their lighted silhouettes move like the artists and delight the crowd.
1 & 2 BEDROOM MASTER SUITES (Sleeps 24), 9.5 total including a 2-bedroom family suite connected via a common bath and the Camp Coz family castle which has a built-in 2-level Disney themed kids fort with bunk beds, fireman’s pole and party kitchen play area. MEALS & UNLIMITED BEVERAGE PLAN - provided by our local catering partner costs $130 per adult (18+), per night. This includes food and beverages served at the villa, bar staff and restocking charge for the owner's private bars, hot breakfast and lunches served daily, poolside appetizers including lobster, caviar & shrimp, private chef prepared dinners every other night. Children under 4 = free, kids 5-11 = $40 per night, teens 12-17 = $75 per night. Guests only pay extra for dining out meals on 3 nights. Tipping the traditional 20% for good service on the food & beverage package upon check out is much appreciated. We also recommend a minimum tip of $15 per room per night for the villa staff. Our family of 14 had a great time. The property offered so many fun things to do. Corn hole was a big hit and was played morning, noon and late into the night. The staff was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for more. Daniel, the property mgr was very responsive and was on site to make sure things were as they should be. Mario was our day to day contact at the house and set up a What's App for our group to have direct contact with him. Any request was addressed within minutes. Jorge and ChiChi were our main bartenders during the week and could not have been more professional and accommodating. Balam was our waiter for most breakfasts and lunch and kept us well fed. I don't know the kitchen staff or housekeeping staff's names, but the food was outstanding and we were certainly catered to for our food likes. Housekeeping kept things clean and our refrig in our rooms filled. The waterslide was a big hit with kids to adults. The water was clear and great for snorkeling right there. Kids saw barracuda, sting rays and a wide array of color fish. No need to pay to snorkel. One day part of our group went down the beach to Private Paradise Beach where there was a lot of water activities. Look it up for a visit. Part of our group did a day long fishing expedition and caught 15 Mahi Mahi, 3 Barracuda and 1 Wahoo. Chef cooked it up for us. One group took ferry to the mainland for a day of golf. Don't hesitate to book. Well worth the money. Would love to go back.

We visited with a group of 9 adult couples and had a fabulous time! Not only was the home amazing, the staff made it over the top! Jorge, Chi Chi, Mario, Daniel & many more helpful and friendly faces. We were impressed by the food and plenty of drinks. Entertainment package add on was fabulous (break dancers, mariachi band, sax player and more). They coordinated everything including all transportation. Highly recommended!

Private Paradise is an absolute gem in Cozumel! Our stay was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with stunning views of the crystal-clear waters and lush greenery. The villa itself is a masterpiece of design, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The private pool was a personal paradise within paradise.
The staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel like VIPs. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The villa was spotlessly clean, and the amenities exceeded our expectations.
We can't say enough about the breathtaking sunsets from the terrace - truly unforgettable. The location is convenient, with easy access to the ocean, shops, and restaurants.
If you're looking for a tranquil, upscale, and unforgettable vacation in Cozumel, Private Paradise is the place to be. We will cherish the memories we made here forever. Thank you to the entire team for an outstanding experience!
