About this apartment rental
Really Amazing downtown loft with 30 foot ceilings in the main living space. There are brick walls with glass block and mahogany trim and slate floors. There is a spiral staircase up to the loft bedroom where you will find a cozy king bed and walk in closet. We have created a separate bedroom space downstairs using curtains, this space also has its own closet and a comfortable queen bed. In the main living space, there are two additional twin beds. There is a full kitchen, eating table, reading nook, living room and bathroom.

There are two other loft apartments and an office in this building as well. If you need additional space, it is possible to rent more spaces, just ask.
We are located in downtown Pensacola, a short 10 minute walk brings you to Palafox street, where you can find local shopping, restaurants, bars and nightlife.

OK I’m gonna go ahead and put in a review but I’m going to apologize upfront because I’m doing speak to text because I’m driving so I apologize if anything is misspelled or the punctuation is not correct this was overall a very awesome place the loft itself was extremely clean really honestly no issues the only thing I will say is that it is not in the best far down but definitely not the worst and I was not ever scared there is a train nearby and I heard it every night just one time around eight or 9 o’clock it’s kind of its parts the property itself it’s kind of on it’s right on the edge of your just this side of being on the right side of the tracks but you take one step and you’re on the wrong side of the tracks but honestly overall it was a great place to stay if there was an issue with the bathtub as far as the water and but I reached out to the owner and she was very responsive and helped me through the whole process and it was easy Peezy as far as recommending this property I would definitely recommend it and I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay, plenty of room for our family to spread out. Once we found the door we were good to go! Trendy and cute set up and close to convention center and we could easily access and head to the beach!
