We had no problems at all. Location was just what we needed as it was so close to the Oval cricket ground. The information about local pubs and places to eat was very useful too.

Good location. Only a 5 minute walk to the underground where you can get most places in London. Felt safe walking to and from at all times. Place was as advertised with the exception of accommodating three people. Futon couch was old and worn out and very uncomfortable (could feel the bar through the padding). No privacy in the bedroom as the door would not close due to the bed blocking the door.
