Mareluna is a uniquely charming Amalfi Coast cottage that blends 18th-century historical features with modern luxuries. It offers stunning panoramic sea views and elegant interiors with details like chestnut beams, traditional tiles, and modern amenities like aircon and smart tv. Unique touches like refurbished bathrooms with exposed stone and a 200-year-old sink add character. The property also features a terrace and patio, ideal for enjoying the breathtaking coastal scenery and outdoor dining It has a rustic, traditional feel with a wood ceiling and ceramic tiles in the bathrooms. It is located in a tranquil area, in close proximity to three restaurants, two coffee shops, a butcher and a mini market. It has 2 comfortable large rooms each with private bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and terraced area. The apartment is perfectly placed for exploring the Amalfi and the Sorrentine coastlines either by car or public transport. For the less adventurous the clear waters of the cove of Conca and its three restaurants are 25 minutes away. Even nearer are two other restaurants offering sumptuous seafood and extensive views of the coast, a bar and a well stocked supermarket.

Out of 30-40 vrbos (or similar) that we’ve ever stayed in, this was easily the best. The pictures somehow don’t do it justice: the views and location are truly stunning. Salvatore was a phenomenal host, helping us coordinate logistics, greeting us with snacks and wine, and providing recommendations. I truly can’t recommend staying here enough- if you’re coming to the Amalfi Coast and want to avoid the crowds of the bigger towns, there’s no beating this apartment. So good!!

Staying at Salvatore’s home was an amazing experience! It was clean, in a great location (between Amalfi and Positano), and had an amazing view. Salvatore was also very helpful in setting up transportation to and from the Naples train station, as well as a Vespa for a day. I would absolutely stay at this home again!

If there was a way to give more than 5 stars to both the property and the owner .... count this as a vote. Not only was the property excellent, the views incredible, and the experience of living with the locals beyond outstanding, the owner, Salvadore, became a friend. He answered our questions; he recommended restaurants; he drove us to a tour; and the list goes on. My wife and I have invited him to our house whenever he gets to the Arizona area (for free, even) and told him we have a number of excellent tourist places we'd like to show him. Best experience we've had and we've done lots of VRBO's.
