About this house rental
Welcome to our Flagstaff home! Our home is located in one of the most desirable family neighborhoods in Flagstaff, Ponderosa Trails. You will not be disappointed with this home. Clean, cute, and new everything!! Equipped with A/C as well! Decorated in a Restoration Hardware/Pottery Barn style, this home is cozy, modern, and clean. Again, this is a family neighborhood with quiet time restrictions in the CCRS so we will only be renting to families or small groups.
Our home boasts hardwood floors on the bottom level, and carpet in the 3 bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances and everything a chef would ever need. There is a dining table that seats 6 and an adjacent game table that seats 4. The patio table outside seats 7, easily, next to the gas grill, with views of the peaks. There is also front patio table with two chairs with views of the peaks. There is a 55" smart TV in the family room with a soundbar, a 40" smart tv in the master, and plenty of games for all ages in the game cabinet. There is also a DVD player in the bunk room.
Upstairs offers an oversized master bedroom with a king bed, a shower, a bathtub, separate toilet, and 2 sinks.
The front bedroom offers views and a queen sized bed. The third bedroom offers twin size bunk beds.
This neighborhood is located conveniently to everything. Close to NAU, freeways, and downtown. Ponderosa Trails is an upscale family neighborhood boasting biking trails, and running trails right outside the door. There is a huge park in the middle of the neighborhood that is walking distance from our home. Don't look elsewhere, this is it!! Easy check in and check out procedures available at home. We take very good care of our home, and everything is well maintained. We hope you enjoy it, and treat it as your own. We prefer to rent only to families. You will be required to sign off on whom will be staying in the home.

We enjoyed our stay, it is a nice area and a nice neighborhood, however we do have concerns if we were ever to consider re-booking with this home. This property may be over-priced.
- A guest tenant should 'Never' have to figure out how to turn the water, the water heater or even the fireplace on for the home.
For this price point per day, a guest should be able to walk into the home and expect that all the home utilities/services are fully functioning, without having to search for turn on valves or switches.
- We suggest that a Keurig coffee maker should be an absolute kitchen appliance, it is inconvenient and messy using a standard drip coffee maker during a vacation weekend.

Pros: Immaculate house with a fully stocked kitchen. We loved that the house was minimally decorated (not cluttered) with all the essentials. There were even games for the kids.
Cons: There was no Keuring coffee maker. The host was not very accommodating (even though there were enough beds) when we asked if we could have my adult cousins join us for one night. We had to change the dates of our stay because of this.

This was a great place for our family of four and had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Lots of board games, well stocked kitchen and clear instructions for the house. Convenient location. We would stay here again. Only downside was the coffee maker took a very long time to brew (but very minor).
