About this house rental
The Rocky Cliff is a vacation home a block off Main Street in Hill City, SD. It is a 3 bedrooms/2 bath home with a queen sized bed in each bedroom and a hide-a-bed couch in the living room. The kitchen is fully furnished and there is a gas grill outside. There is tv, cell phone service, and wifi for the vacation home. There is also a washer and dryer. It is within walking distance of the downtown shops and restaurants. You are invited to use the hot tub and pool at the Super 8 hotel across the street.
This is a great place to stay for your vacation to explore the town of Hill City and surrounding area. Hill City is in the Center of the Black Hills so you can go any direction and be back to relax in the evening,

The property was not fancy, but it was just what we were looking for. Property manager was great, property was clean and the benefits of the Super 8 were an added bonus (fresh towels, basic breakfast, pool & hot tub). Rooms didn’t have ac, but box fans were provided and honestly we didn’t even need ac even though it was July. Main room had ac. Hill City was a perfect launch point for exploring the Black Hills. The property was just off the main drag, so you could easily walk downtown from the property. If I lived at the property, I’d remodel the kitchen and bathrooms, but all were very serviceable and clean!

Great quiet little house in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to all downtown activities and quick to get out of town when venturing out!
Will definitely stay again when doing another motorcycle trip!

We came to the hills for a family girls weekend! Easy access to the 1880 train depot, dining, and shopping! Clean and the hotel amenities were appreciated!
