The house consists of a large living room, an American kitchen, 5 double bedrooms including three masters of 40m2 all with their bathroom, numerous terraces and a TV room with two good quality beds. (1 comfortable sofa bed and 1 sofa bed).
The 110 m² cathedral-style living room is equipped with a high-end sound system to enjoy exceptional sound from the KABAS brand, a dining table ideal for 10 people, a pretty fireplace, a billiard table and a fully equipped American kitchen. equipped with 2 ovens including a professional which will undoubtedly bring together all the guests in a friendly and warm atmosphere. A second equipped kitchen is available on the ground floor. The latter offers a private entrance in case you share your vacation with friends or families.
The entire main living room opens onto a large semi-covered terrace of more than 60 m2 with a breathtaking view of its green flower garden of 1500m2. The terrace is also equipped with a BBQ and a plancha, music speakers, a covered area with a dining table.

From start to finish this was a fantastic 5 star experience. The property is very spacious with room for all the family and is located very close to the airport and Biarritz town centre. It has tremendous amenities for cooking and leisure and theŕe is a wonderful lake and hotel nearby for cocktails or dining in the evening. The host Alexandra was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our staying ensuring we had everything we needed. No hesitation in recommending this property and we hope to return.
