States it sleeps 9, but beds and mattresses were challenging. Smaller that what it looked like in the photos.Outside BBQ had not been cleaned and could not be used.

The property is smaller than it looks.
The location is right in town but on the weekends you will hear all the rowdiness of drunk people from the pubs.
