About this cabin rental
WELCOME to Green Resources and Green Traveling! Remodeled in 2020, around 2000 sqf modern eco-friendly cabin built by a small lake-pond, our bamboo plantations and views of 180 acres of crops from South neighbor.
Cabin is 1 story, with ramp to get in the house (made for owner needs) at front deck, 36" door main entrance, 3 bedroom with double bed and futon each room and private bathrooms, all 4 bathrooms with neat granite or glass tops, estate of the art commercial appliances VIKING kitchen, 4 gas burners, 4 electric burners, gas oven, microwave, stainless refrigerator, warmer drawer, beautiful walnut finish cabinets and granite tops, breakfast nook and bar counter seat 8 and heart room with TV and poker pad, formal dining room seat 8, and formal living room, very eclectic décor and architecture, sliding barn doors and French doors throughout the cabin, furniture are practical and modern, designed by owner Iveth Jalinksy, enjoy the pond, fish, enjoy the fire pit, house has 3 patios with tons of seating, outdoor dining room, 3 decks and 1 dock with chaise lounges for sunbathing.
Basketball, volleyball section. In the common areas we have walking trails by our creek and bamboo and walnut plantations also a giant chess.
Property is a farm, there are outdoor animals as deer, turkeys, raccoons, all kind of birds, turtles, insects, cats, snakes. No animals or pets allowed in the house please , owner suffers a disabling allergy to several pet hair, Owner use house with her family when is not rented. Please inquire as we have a tiny house where a pet could be hosted for a fee.
This is a beautiful rustic country working farm setting, gravel road, for people that appreciate nature and outdoor habitat!
We used reclaimed materials and lots of habitat for humanity products as the barn doors, French doors, the cellar cabinet was owned by NFL player Patrick Mahomes.
We believe that small decisions as recycling, reusing, can help our blue planet ! Hoping you like our cabin!
We have a 4500 s.q feet lodge, a tiny house, a Tee Pee in the 22 acres also and can be combined to host a total of 49 guests. We welcome family reunions and group gatherings only , no parties please.

Inside property was clean, the outside needed some help. We had a great time enjoying the fishing and just hanging out.

We booked this place for a birthday weekend with our adult kids and our grandkids. The home and surroundings were exactly as described online. The home was large enough for us to spread out and enjoy visiting and playing cards. The setting of the place was very peaceful, and quiet. We enjoyed the remote location, and fishing on the pond while the grandkids took advantage of the sand and swings. It was the perfect setting for a quiet family weekend. We did go into Kansas City to some of the attractions as well. Iveth left two pack and plays for us for the two youngest grandkids and was very helpful with all our needs. We had the pleasure to meet her and she is such a wonderful lady. I highly recommend this property or any property that Iveth owns,

This property has really great outdoor amenities & an awesome kitchen for longer stays. Very eclectic design accents. I am a former college O-Lineman & former D-Lineman joined me for the weekend. I personally didn't trust any of tge furniture to not collapse if I sat in it. The more normal sized guests did not have any issues. Lots of breakables out so I would not recommend this property if you have young or active children. Host was easy to communicate with & gave us a detailed tour upon arrival. Would definitely stay at this property again with some adult friends.
