About this villa rental
The villa is located in a secure private domain renowned for its prestige, in the heart of the Esterel park located in the Var. This privileged location offers the calm of the hinterland and the proximity of beaches 12 minutes away. The house is equidistant from Fréjus, Cannes, Mandelieu, Théoule sur Mer, Saint-Raphaël (about 10 kms), easily accessible by motorway.
Refurbished in 2012, it is 130 m2. It is surrounded by a large garden of 1800 m2, fully enclosed.
This villa offers very good standard services. Calm and security are absolute.
Interior:
The ground floor is made up of:
- A living room, a dining room (60m2) and a fully equipped American kitchen.
The living room opens with four bay windows on a large partly covered terrace and offers a beautiful view of the bay of Cannes with a traditional infinity pool (automatic, secure ph, submerged beach, salt treatment)
- A master bedroom with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool, a large bathroom, a WC and a dressing room
The floor is composed:
- Two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom and a WC. Each bedroom offers a clear view of the garden or the sea.

The villa is available from May to September for a minimum rental week.

A beautiful house in a fabulous location. An easy walk into the local village and a great place to base yourself to explore the local area. Vincent was there to greet us and was a brilliant host. Highly recommended. Go visit.
