About this house rental
This home is located just minutes from Downtown Summerlin, hiking in Red Rock Canyon, and a short drive to the Las Vegas Strip. The property features four king size beds, a movie room, open kitchen and game area with a pool table. The backyard is completely contained and dining is available on the patio. This home has satellite TV, Netflix, Hulu and high speed internet. Eight guests can enjoy comfortably, so please inquire before booking if you traveling with more than the recommend occupancy.
House Rules:
1. Be respectful to neighbors.
2. No large gatherings or events allowed
3. Parking in garage is encouraged.
4. Please report major spills, leaks or any issues that arise to owner ASAP. prompt response is important for damage control.
5. No smoking inside the home
6. Do not tamper with security system.
7. No pets allowed without permission from host
8. Do not move furniture.
9. Do not stand on furniture.
10. No jumping from balconies.
11. No yelling or playing loud music. Permission is required to use surround sound or speakers.
12. Wear shirts and/ or cover up bikinis when in the front yard.
13. No smoking of illegal substances, even outside of the home.
14. Please remove shoes when inside the home. Do not clean shoes with towels or wash cloths
15. Serious complaints from neighbors may result in a immediate reservation cancellation.
