BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Resort-style studio efficiency at Little Harbor in Ruskin. This is a corner unit w/ a private balcony overlooking the bay w/ views of the sunset and St. Pete. It's a heavenly hideaway spot for your winter escape, a weekend getaway or just mixing a little pleasure into your business trip. Why stay at a boring business hotel when you can come home each day and have dinner and drinks at a restaurant/bar on the beach w/ live music every night. The beach is just steps away, across the street.
THIS CONDO
Unit 611 is a second floor unit with a private balcony facing the water and swimming pool, a full bath, efficiency kitchen, HDTV cable TV, WiFi, dinning table, mini-fridge, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. This unit has 2 queen beds that can accommodate up to 4 adults. Common non-aggressive house pets are welcome. No exotic animals. NO SMOKING INSIDE. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A CLEANING FEE OF $150 IF YOU SMOKE INSIDE THE UNIT.
IMPORTANT
All the units at The Inn Resort are privately owned and many are managed by the rental program, but our units are managed privately by us and you should contact us directly (not the lobby) for any problems. We have upgraded many of our units and added our personal touches to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Please understand that we are not a hotel business and do not provide routine cleaning service. Please reuse the towels and feel free to wash the towels with your laundry as needed. If you need your unit serviced again, we charge $35/cleaning as that is what we pay our cleaner. There are cleaning supplies in the unit for you to use as needed. We love our guests. Many of our guests are 5-star rated guests and we take pride in the fact that we get more than 80% 5-star ratings. We are responsive to your needs so feel free to contact us for any problems. We will do our best to take care of any problems. Please take care of our place as if it is your own. If you use the dishes, please wash them.

Property was great, nice location. The room smelled a little musty but over was good. Great view to see the morning sunrise and watch the boats come and go. Hooks and Sunset Bar and Grill, great food and atmosphere.

The room is very bare bones, no internet and remote to tv didn’t work. The blinds wouldn’t close all the way either. However, the location was great - lots of amenities near by, beach, nice pool, good restaurants and shops. Relatively close to 75 too. For the price, it was a nice stay for a quick weekend getaway.

Would have liked more details and sooner communication. We were afraid we didn’t get the rental. We loved our stay. The room was little but worked for two. Nice neighbors. Beautiful views. Bed sucked and bathroom sink was hard to reach. We had a lot of fun and hope to return next year for an extended stay.

The 2nd story unit had a nice view, overlooking the pool and waterway. The pool was close by. The kitchen was sparsely furnished and made meal prep challenging. Hooks restaurant across the parking lot was great! We could not get the TV to work. The unit was basically ok for our needs as we were not on vacation.
