Located in beautiful Pompano Beach, Florida, the spacious resort rentals offer an ideal beach adjacent location close to all the action, full modern amenities, and plenty of activities for both children and adults. The Sea Garden Resort is located directly across the beach with access to the beach.

- Additional Parking: For a fee, there is a parking garage across the street with a covered walkway to the resort
- Most of the town is walkable as it is situated in the center of town, rideshare are available everywhere if needed

- All guests must check-in at the resort's Front Desk upon arrival
- Guests must be 21 years of age, with a valid credit card in their name in order to check-in
- The name provided to Vacation Strategy after booking the reservation, is the name that will be placed on the Guest Confirmation. Only ONE name can be placed on the reservations. That will be the ONLY guest who will be allowed to check-in on the day of arrival. Any name change requests must be made prior to the day of arrival and will incur $120 fees. Be sure to provide us with the guest's name (the one person who will be checking in) exactly as it appears on the government-issued photo ID
- The Front Desk will require a government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in
- Please have a valid credit card with you. A security deposit hold of $250 will be placed on that card (for incidentals and/or room charges)
- Views are never guaranteed
- Daily housekeeping is not provided but may be requested by contacting the Front Desk directly for an additional charge which varies by villa size (directly payable to the resort)
- Parties and events are NOT allowed
- No Pets allowed
- Smoking is not allowed in the room or other areas of the resort, except ONLY at the designated smoking spots located around the resort
- Free Wi-fi is available and the code is provided by the Front Desk during the check-in process
- We can only accommodate a minimum of 3-night stay at this time
- You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund
- No refunds/credits are provided to guests from the resort nor Vacation Strategy LLC in the situation of removal from the property. The reservation will be considered null and void. Non-compliance to the resort's policies and/or violation of local laws will cause guests to lose their privilege to stay and no refunds can be offered for any lost time
