About this apartment rental
The apartments are located in Tignale (Olzano) and offer a wonderful lake view. The complex, which was completed in 2008, has comfortable holiday apartments furnished with new and tasteful furniture. Guests can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view from the balconies, the garden and the pretty swimming pool (30m²). In a few minutes on foot you can reach the center of Gardola, where there are restaurants, pizzerias, shops, the pharmacy and the doctor's office. Equipment: satellite TV, kitchen (4 hot plates and extractor hood), microwave, German coffee machine, covered parking space, garden furniture, shower / toilet.
Terra typology: Two-room apartment (approx. 35 m²) for 2-4 people. Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom and small garden with a view of the historic center and Lake Garda.
Aria typology: Two-room apartment (approx. 45m²) for 2-4 people. Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, gallery with double bed, bathroom with shower and separate toilet, terrace.
Sport and fitness: swimming pool, tennis 1 km away, mountain bike (possibility to rent from Tabaccheria Ferrero). At the lake: sailing and surfing.
Pet are allowed.

Booking formalities:
Check-in / out: The booked apartment is available to the guest on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m., our agency is open for key collection as follows: Monday to Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The key delivery and the provision of the booked apartment can no longer be guaranteed after 8 p.m.
On the day of departure, the apartment must be released by 10 a.m. at the latest.
Booking confirmation: Your booking is confirmed and guaranteed as soon as you have received the deposit and the booking form.
Cancellation policy:
in accordance with European standards and if there are no other agreements, the following payments are due in the event of cancellation:
- from the 40th to the 30th Day before the start of the stay 30% of the total price
- from 29 to 20 Day before the start of the stay 40% of the total price
- from 19th to 10th Day before the start of the stay 60% of the total price
- from 10. Day before the start of the stay 100% of the total price
