Well organized beautiful brand new house, 4 parking spaces, in a safe neighborhood, with several shopping centers around ,3 miles from the strip,2 miles from the air port.

For any additional person there is a $40 extra charge per a night
There is a limit of maximum 5 guests that can stay at the house

Appreciated the extras: laundry soap, cold water, coffee and creamer. Ronnie was easy to work with for check in check out.

Ronnie was a great host. We needed to leave our luggage before check in. He was very accommodating.

Overall, my stay was fine, but there were a few drawbacks.The bed was not very comfortable, and the pillow selection was limited. It also seemed like there had been some electrical work done recently—some of the old outlets were not functional. At times, the neighbors next door were loud and arguing, which impacted the overall experience.On the positive side, the location was convenient and close to the airport.
