The apartment with direct access to the beach and with seaview is in a quiet area of Mont-Roig del Camp, beside the seaside resort Miami Playa. For its location and characteristics it is ideal for families or anyone who wants to disconnect and spend some holidays in a privileged environment.

The urbanization Guardamar has a communal swimming-pool for adults and children with grass, a nice garden, talb tennis, basketball basket and outdoor parking.

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, très bien situé dans une résidence calme avec un voisinage sympathique. La vue est juste magnifique. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'agence qui loue l'appartement est aussi très arrangeante et fais preuve d'un très bon accueil. Nous reviendrons bientôt. Merci !
Le ballon d'eau chaude est très petit donc pour la douche ce n'est pas très pratique.
La piscine n'est pas dotée de transats.
