Bryn Mawr Guest Suites (BMGS) offers 3 cozy, comfortable, fully-furnished apartments! Suite A is on the 1st floor with a porch. Suites B and C (limited availability - call if A & B are booked) are on the 2nd floor each with their own private balcony - great for watching the sun set in the heart of Bryn Mawr - a unique small town village 10 miles west of Philadelphia. It is very pedestrian friendly and almost everything you need is an easy walk.
BMGS is great for multiple family occasions like weddings, reunions, and graduations; for visiting local colleges (especially for graduations); for business travelers in town for meetings; for relocation real-estate searches; or for tourists just looking to explore the Philadelphia area - we welcome and accommodate all guests!
BMGS offers private entrances, free off-street parking lot less than 50 yards from the suite entrances, shared laundry facilities in the duplex's basement, WiFi, and cable TV, and a fenced-in backyard surrounded with gardens for children to play in or to enjoy an evening cocktail in makes us versatile and especially terrific for families with young children.
Each suite features beautiful hardwood floors and carpeting throughout, a cozy living and dining room, a bathroom with tub/shower combo and a fully equipped kitchen that makes for great special occasion dinners! Suite A & B comfortably sleeps up to 6 in two bedrooms with queen size beds and a queen size pullout couch in the living rooms. Suite C comfortably sleeps 6 with just one queen bedroom, one twin beds bedroom and a queen size pullout couch in the living room. All linens are provided and 2 roll-away cots or air mattresses are available if needed.
Two-night minimum stay, Children under 4 stay for free and Long-term and corporate rates are available. Pre-ordered meals, personal chef services or Spa services can also be arranged with advanced booking.
The on-site owner lives in a separate building and is always available by cell phone. As a life-long resident of the main line, she can offer great recommendations for dining, shopping, night life, or a picnic in one of the many nearby parks.
We are located only 1 block from Bryn Mawr Septa R5 Train Station which provides direct, easy access to Center City Philadelphia, Amtrak at 3oth Street and the Philadelphia (PHL) Airport Line. We do provide free pick-ups from the Bryn Mawr Train Station - just let us know ahead of time! Pick up is available from the PHL airport for a nominal fee when arranged ahead of time.
We are also just 2 blocks from Bryn Mawr Hospital & the Bryn Mawr Film Institute and just a short walk or drive to many great restaurants, a health foods store & a gourmet grocery store, the post office & local library, the Best of Main Line Massage and Yoga Center, three gyms, a Starbucks and a local coffee house that features live music, a pharmacy, hair salons, a specialty toy store, and several boutique shopping opportunities.
Bryn Mawr College is a 5 minute walk. Villanova University is 2.2 miles down the road. Haverford College is 2.3 miles down the road. Rosemont College is 1 mile. Eastern College, Cabrini College, Saint Joseph's University and Valley Forge Military Academy & College are all within a short drive.

The condo was clean and easy to access from the Bryn Mawr train station. It satisfied my needs, as I wanted to be somewhere I could walk to where I was working. When I wanted to go into Philadelphia, it was a very easy car free process.

I had a comfortable stay at the Bryn Mawr Guest Suites while visiting my daughter at a nearby college. The unit was clean, well managed, and the proprietor was helpful and so friendly. The location is excellent. Don’t be deterred by the proximity to the train tracks—periodic low rumblings and nothing disturbed my sleep. Will be staying again!

I've stayed here in the past and had no issues, so it was disappointing to have things go this way. When i arrived in the evening, the key was not where the instructions said it would be. I called, but no answer, and messaged but no reply. I entered with my luggage to find another couples things already in the apartment. Then, they came home and we tried to figure it out together. I ended up going into the suite next door, since it was unlocked, although cleaning supplies were out and it wasn't ready for guests. The next morning, her nephew tried to help us get keys and other things taken care of. We never heard back from the host. It turned out alright, and I like the place, but if the suite hadn't been unlocked and the nephew hadn't been there, I would have been out of luck!
