This is a brand new luxury condo in the newest development on the Square: Harrison Square. 2 Bedroom/2 Bath with very large, private, south-facing balcony that is perfect for game weekends, Double Decker, graduation, cultural events, visiting your student at Ole Miss and more. Enjoy the spacious 11' 6" ceilings with huge windows. It's hard to describe how great this condo is with a location just off the square in the heart of town. Indoor, secure entrances. Park your car in the garage and walk everywhere. Comfy furniture, TVs in living and each bedroom. Wifi. Gas fireplace. Rooftop deck access with seating and a view of the courthouse and City Hall among other downtown sites. Wet bar with wine cooler and ice maker. Secure indoor entrance, one garage parking space. King bed in the Master Bedroom, Queen in the second bedroom, plus sleeping available on the couch and provided air mattress. Fully-equipped kitchen with dual Keurig or full pot coffee maker and high-end appliances. Spacious bathrooms and closets along with a great washer and dryer. We've even provided an ice chest, two folding chairs and other items should you want to venture out for a picnic or the Grove.

The location is fantastic and the residence was extremely nice. The host was fantastic to work with and helped with a brief internet outage as promptly as possible. The garage was a great feature but be aware that the residence is very close to several bars (pluses and minuses), so it can be loud until the noise quiets. Overall, it was a great experience!!

Beautiful cozy condominium located in a perfect location to enjoy all the best of Oxford. The detailed instructions made it easy to park and gain access to this two bedroom treasure. We never needed our vehicle all weekend. It was easy to walk to The Grove, the football stadium, and all the restaurants and bars. We would definitely visit again.
