About this villa rental
Beautiful terraced house near the beach in the tranquil bay of Aucanada. Ideal for families and couples.
This prestigious holiday residence offers you many opportunities, due to its quiet but central location, a golf course and the beach are just a few steps away and you can reach the city in a couple of minutes by car. Enjoy your breakfast on the sunny pool terrace, as there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby.
The entrance of the villa offers a staircase that leads to the large sliding roof with sea views. Crossing the entrance area, one reaches the living room and dining room, which has access to the terrace and pool area on the left and the fully equipped kitchen on the right. Another staircase from the entrance hall leads to the 3 double bedrooms, the main bedroom offers a private bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. You will also find the garage and laundry room on this level. The main bedroom and one of the other bedrooms have access to the terrace and pool area, also on the ground floor. There is an additional toilet on the right side of the entrance hall.
The swimming pool is kidney-shaped and surrounded by a beautiful garden, an outdoor shower is next to the pool.
POOL: 7 m wide x 2.80 x 3.15 m. Kidney-shaped pool (1.20 m deep x 2.00 m)
Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
The tourist tax is included in the rates.
Important information to keep in mind:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Communication by management excellent. Facilities of the property are excellent standard. Location 15 mins from Alcudia
Villa was clean, great facilities such as the pool, plenty of space for family of 6 people. Location to local restaurants and shop was perfect. 15 minute bus ride into the port, 25 mins to old town so good for market days. We had a problem with a broken key during our stay and the owner came very quickly and was sorted within hours.
If any member of the party is not good with stairs not the place to stay there are a lot of them, although the flooring through out is of a high standard it is treacherous when wet, small children in and out of the pool could be an issue.

Loved Alcudia for our first tine in Mallorca!Place was perfect, just had to get used to timed air conditioning.Maybe a detailed, on site, instruction booklet could help guests locate items and work AC.Pool was dreamy!

Check in process was long winded wanting to have everyone’s passport info etc which seems unnecessary.
The property was fine and as per the description. A few basics would have been nice to have on arrival, some soap in the bathrooms, a kitchen cloth and tea towel don’t seem much to ask for on arrival!
