Villa Tia is an exclusive and elegant villa with a privileged location, a few minutes from Pollensa old town and Puerto Pollensa beach, designed to highlight the architectural style of northern Mallorca. The chalet style Villa has two floors, a luxury design, huge and splendid gardens that surround it. Villa Tia offers first quality accommodation in a prestigious environment with spectaculars views and scenery of the Tramuntana mountains.



You will enjoy all the comforts while staying at Villa Tia. The spaciousness of the living room and the exquisite furniture that distributes common spaces, invites you to spend some quality time in the fine company of friends and family.



This luxurious villa accommodates seven guests in two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two elegant fully equipped bathrooms. All bedrooms have enough space to store your luggage, and there is also available free WiFi.



All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.



Both the kitchen and the dining room are fully provided to serve and share meals in the house, but also to take your culinary skills to the barbecue area and take the banquet to the terrace at any time. Enjoy yourself having breakfast amidst bird songs or dine under the stars.



Every space in Villa Tia has been carefully designed for your delight and comfort. Thanks to the excellent weather that characterizes this region, you can enjoy the sumptuous landscapes while playing by the pool. The outdoor area is an excellent place to enjoy your holidays time and sunbath in the hammocks or in the Balinese bed.



This exclusive Villa is located just a five minute drive from Pollensa. To fully enjoy your vacation and explore the surroundings, we recommend to rent a car. The Old Town and the Port of Pollensa are full of historical sites, shops, cafes, and superb gastronomy. Its stunning white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters offer a delicious coastline for sunbathing, water sports and sailing the Mediterranean Sea.



In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.



Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.



In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
