The charming apartment has a living room / bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. Fluffy hooded bathrobes and fresh terry slippers are waiting for you. It is located on the first floor of an apartment building with three other tenants. Bathroom and kitchen are separated from the living room by the hallway. Only the hallway is still shared by a tenant. The apartment can be rented on a daily or monthly basis. The house stands on the "fruit and herb Rhode". A preserved historic monument in the Ruhrhöhen, which is known as a natural, idyllic, small oasis. Due to the absolute secluded location you can enjoy an undisturbed view of the recreational area "Schulenbergwald". While you relax, enjoy a coffee, home-made cake, organic fruit from the farm, game specialties from the hunter household or pure, refreshing spring water from the Hofbrunnen. Of course, we will pack all of this into a packed lunch if you feel like exploring the surrounding countryside. Perhaps you are also attracted by the culture and history of the historic cities of Hattingen and Langenberg, which can be reached quickly by S-Bahn. The walk to the S-Bahn or the nearest bus stop is about 20 minutes. Breakfast is served by arrangement. Here are the prices again: Summer (1. May - 30.
