ground floor: living area with open kitchen, 1 double bedroom with wardrobe, 1 bedroom with 3 beds, including 1 bunk and a wardrobe, 1 bathroom without shower
first floor: 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower and walk-in closet and small terrace with sea view
The house is surrounded on 3 sides by a planted garden, on the front side of the house there is a patio equipped with table, bench and 9 chairs, barbecue area with sink
At the back of the house there is a second patio with a bench and a ping pong table, an outdoor shower with hot water, a closet with a second fridge.
The house was completely renovated in 2018 by the architect Chiara Costa of Milan, and is equipped to comfortably accommodate 7 people. Each room is air conditioned and the kitchen area is complete with every comfort: dishes, cutlery and glasses in abundance, pots of all sizes, small appliances (kettle, toaster, Lavazza coffee machine, mini blender, dishwasher, washing machine, oven).
The garden has 5 sun loungers, 2 more are placed on the terrace.
The beach of Sant'elmo is located 150 meters from the house, there is a single bathroom equipped on the beach, Entu Beach Bar, but in case you want to enjoy the free beach the house has its guests 4 spiaggine and 2 umbrellas from the sea.
