About this house rental
Villa Lorenzo is a delicious 2 bedroom townhouse in São Rafael, only 10 minutes walking from this amazing beach.
The house is a summer house, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining room, balconies in the bedrooms and a large enclosed terrace with built-in charcoal barbecue. The townhouse is inserted in a gated complex with shared pool and garden.
The ground floor has a living/dining room, air-conditioning, flat screen with cable TV, WiFi and fireplace. The living room opens to the south facing terrace, that is furnished with outdoor dining set for 6 people, terracotta built-in barbecue and 4 sun-loungers.
Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with shower, and a kitchen equipped with all that you need, that also opens to the terrace through sliding doors.
On the first floor are is a family bathroom with bathtub and the two bedrooms, each with air-conditioning, queen beds, built-in wardrobes. Each bedroom also has a south facing balcony with a outdoor seating set.
The rental includes change of towels, bed linen and complete cleaning every 7 days, pool towels, wifi, air-conditioning and a dedicated guide.
Although we do not accept groups of young people under 25 years old, exceptions can be made as long as guests accept and comply with the house rules.
Tourist Tax: payment of the Tourist Tax is mandatory by law. Make sure payment is made. Thanks.

I liked the WhatsApp group for keeping in contact with yourselves. I liked the patio, and the different seating options it provided. There were lots of good places to eat in locally.

Easy access to São Rafael and Arrifes beaches, Gale beach is a short drive. Large terrace for meals in or short walk to bars and restaurants on main road or even Albufeira Marina.
Our contact was Sónia who always always polite and prompt to respond to questions.
Salgados golf also a short drive. Easy access to N125 or A22 for day trips.
