About this house rental
Oceanview 3 bedroom modern beach home on private road. Steps lead to beach below - easy walk to Montage Resort. Spectacular whitewater, Catalina Island and Aliso Canyon Views. Close to golf course and summer trolley to downtown Laguna Beach.
The kitchen/great room is on the ground floor which opens onto a large outdoor living area (and outdoor spa) on Aliso Canyon with whitewater views. Two guest bedrooms are set in a separate wing on the ground floor. The master is located upstairs with commanding Ocean/Catalina Island views. A 3D big screen TV with surround sound are in the second floor entertainment room.
The beach is accessed via a pedestrian bridge and stairs. The Montage Resort is a short walk with world class dining and spa facilities. Aliso Creek Golf Course is just up the canyon. A summer trolley service provides free and frequent transportation to downtown Laguna Beach area with shops, restaurants and reknowned art festivals.
