About this apartment rental
Well-maintained and artfully decorated, this 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo is located in a resort style complex. Being the 1st floor corner unit, it has partial ocean views from the living room balcony and both bedrooms. Beautiful Japanese Garden with ponds and waterfall just outside the bedroom windows lulls you to sleep every night.
Two beautifully renovated pool areas, each with its own pool and jacuzzi; Poolside, ocean view patio seating for dining and lounging; A fire pit to enjoy the ocean view and outdoors on a cool day or evening; Three barbeque areas to grill up your favorites while watching sunset; Ocean view state of the art fitness center; Lush landscaping, ponds, and waterfalls; Ocean view dog path; Steps to Bicycle Path, Beach, Pier, and Harbor; Passenger Elevator....
This gated community is ideally located in South Redondo Beach just behind the Redondo Beach pier. This incredible location gives you the ultimate sense of living at the beach with incredible ocean views, cool ocean breezes, stunning sunsets and more. The home is just a short walk from the beach, the bike path, King Harbor, and the Redondo Pier. View the map to find out just how close to the ocean we really are.

The TV in the living room has Roku connected to it. The TVs in each of the two bedrooms have both Apple TV and Roku connected to them. You can watch whatever you want including Netflix, Youtube, Amazon, etc. through Apple TV or Roku. Live TV programs steaming are available from the Spectrum App on Roku.
Laundry is downstairs on the garage level. You are welcome to use quarters or use the App to operate the wash machines and dryers. The name of the App is “Pay Range”. You can download it from the App Store. The App works with the wash machines and dryers via Bluetooth. The cell signal in the Laundry room is not strong, but there is wifi available. You can connect to the laundry room wifi and the password is: “thevillage”.
Air Conditioning means wall heating units. This place is so close to the beach that there is no need for cooling systems. Just open the balcony doors and the bedroom windows at the same time, you will have plenty of breeze. In fact, none of the beach housing has cooling system installed in the area. We still cover ourselves with blankets at night during summer time because it is cool enough.
The CC&R of this condominium complex requires short-term stay to be at least 60 days. I wish I can offer my place for your guys for shorter period of time though.
There is bus stops right outside the entrance of this gated community, but in my opinion the bus don't come by very frequently. It will be way better to have your own car if you don't want to waste your time waiting around for the bus.
If you plan on renting a car while you are here, the best thing to do is renting it at the airport right when you arrive Los Angeles. If not, you can take a taxi. They will drop you off at the gate of this condominium complex.
No smoking anywhere in the complex
No pets.
The balcony outside the 2nd bedroom is not to be accessed - the condominium rule, not mine.
Please keep the noise level down in general, no loud noises between 10pm to 8am everyday.
Please keep everything nice and please don't damage anything.
Please clean up after yourselves and take all your belongings with you and throw away all the trash before you check out. Also, if you could clean the place a little and restore it to its previous condition, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. 'SMILE for you'.
Pool hours are from 8am to 10pm. A maximum of 4 people is allowed at the pool from each unit. Please do NOT invite a huge party to the pool. The neighbors are very sensitive about it. Please clean the BBQ after use each time. The brush is provided there.
No partying at the unit either. Please be respectful of others in the complex, this is a very nice and peaceful community and people like to keep it this way.:):):)

We stay at this condo each winter for a couple of months. It is in a perfect location for long walks, bike rides and beautiful views of the ocean. The owner is very responsive and keeps this accommodation in great condition with a kitchen full of everything you need. The laundry is just down one floor. It is a very short walk to the Strand with many dining and recreation opportunities. We will be back again next winter!

Large 2 bed 2 bath unit overlooking the Redondo Pier. Perfect location to explore the South Bay. Enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets from the pool loungers every evening! The host was great with communication and responded very quickly. We have already booked again for next year!

This is the 3rd winter we have stayed in this perfect condo. It has everything we need for a very comfortable stay as well as a great location just above the pier, giving us quick access to the beach and bike trail.
The owner is always easy to reach and very responsive to any request. We will be back next winter!

The condo was perfect for us.
We took advantage of all the amenities such as pools, fitness center,
assigned underground parking and laundry facilities.
The apartment is clean, comfortable, fully equipped and in close proximity to restaurants, shopping and the beach.
Furthermore, It’s a pleasure to deal with the host.
Overall everything exceeded our expectations.
