The Villa Arte Guadeloupe is one of those addresses that leaves no one indifferent. From the moment you enter this magnificent house, where everything has been carefully thought out by its owners, you will feel the artistic spirit and the attention to detail. The space is there, the colors are warm, the decoration is precise... And the view... WOW! This is the effect this vacation home will provide, with its chic style and a renewal in luxury real estate in Guadeloupe.
Located in a new area in St François on the tourist route, the Villa Arte Guadeloupe offers a breathtaking sea view with the surrounding islands (Marie Galante, Les Saintes) as a backdrop of our Karukera (Guadeloupe in Creole). On the hillside, you will appreciate getting close to the secure railing to contemplate the turquoise blue waters of the Anse des Rochers beach. Just behind, a sheltered outdoor lounge area protected from the sun, allowing you to relax or enjoy a cocktail, accompanied by the sea breeze.
The 4 x 11 meter mirror pool is spread out on a terrain surrounded by immaculate green synthetic grass, making the setting perfect.
The property is arranged on 300 m2 with on the ground floor: 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a spa area. Upstairs, 1 bedroom and a large office with a sea view with a "WOW" effect.
With 4 bedrooms and their private bathroom, the Villa Arte Guadeloupe can accommodate 8 privileged guests who will sleep on high-quality hotel bedding. Each room has been carefully decorated by its owner, an inspired and inspiring artist. The furniture is sourced from all around the world and gives this villa its unique character. The rooms are of course air-conditioned and each has a special atmosphere: sea view or garden view, you will appreciate.
The living room is also unique for its space and its decorations, sculptural and wall-mounted, in particular, which perfectly contrast the modern and ethnic mix. Bright, comfortable, one feels good there.
The kitchen is harmoniously integrated into this square space and allows one to imagine the numerous storage spaces and built-in electrical appliances with these long wooden doors. Very subtle!
What to say about the spa area and the jacuzzi placed in a setting sprinkled with plants and ferns. The whole is of a very zen style and imposes this moment of relaxation and serenity awaited.

Wow, what a week at Villa Arte - the house was spectacular! It was the perfect spot for our family of 8 (including 2 young children). And a great location for easy access to great shops, restaurants, and the beach.
We would be back in a heartbeat! Thank you once again Manuel and Sabrina for a fantastic stay where we were able to create lifelong memories!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Villa des Artes. The home was very nicely appointed with all of the comforts of home, including a gourmet kitchen. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were large and modern. The outdoor space was beautiful and comfortable.
We found Fermine (the house manager) to be very helpful and responsive, and she was so kind to stock the house with some fruit and local delicacies on our arrival without our asking! She even brought breakfast the next morning. She helped to arrange a gourmet dinner by Chef Beatrice, which was just lovely!
The villa's location is excellent with regards to St Francois and St Anne, and there are many wonderful restaurants within 10-15 minutes drive. Some of our favorite beaches were a bit of a drive (Anse de la Perle and Anse des Souffleur), but on balance I think the location close to St. Francois is more important. I would definitely stay here again.

This villa for 8 is a magnificent experience in St Francois. From the professional prestige villa and their organization and paperwork to the staff on the ground, we had a perfect holiday. Firmine and her team were welcoming, very helpful and provided fabulous food service with the house. The house is very well equipped and a quiet but central location to spend your holiday.
The recommendation of Thibault Barbafieri as chef was kind but he was completely unavailable for our dates which he did not let us know until we arrived. I would promote Firmine as a chef for your guests going forward.
