Racionalist building in the best and safe neiborhood in BA, a 1130 sq/ft apartment, Livingroom with 3 Bedroom, fully equipped kitchen (2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, mixer, coffee machine, all new), 3 Bathrooms (1 in mastersuite with jacuzzi), Laundry in the apartment with one washer and one dryer.
Excellent quality details make it stand out from the others, rationalist style, elevator, everything is top quality!. The apartment is located at the 5th floor with an excellent view of the Agote street trees and has daylight throughout the day. The furniture is brand new and modern and is fully furnished, all items are best brands (LCD, DVD/CD Player). The climate is handled through the apartment central control A/C & Heat (similar as the USA AC, not usual in Buenos Aires apartments)
About the neighborhood is located in the center of Recoleta, in the highest level area surround by antique french buildings and something important, super safe too.
About the area,1.5 blocks to the east its the Recoleta Cementery, one of the most famous places in BA, can approach him and visit the mausoleum and tomb of Eva Perón, a must in BA.
After a couple of blocks north is the 'Plaza Recoleta'. The best place to get relax and enjoy natural life, and in the weekend you have the fair city, besides in the park its the 'Recoleta Museum', all the time with new argentinian art exhibition. Also its the 'BA Home Design' Mall, you can walk by this underground mall and cross the hole park.
Its 2 blocks away to the east from Libertador Ave, the most important avenue in BA, you can walk by and find the most interesting neighborhoods of Buenos Aires (Downtown, Retiro, Recoleta, Barrio Norte, Palermo, Belgrano)
Buenos Aires is known as one of the best eating cities in south america and the world. Around the apartment and not more than 5 blocks you will find known and prominent bars and restaurants “Café Martinez” (great breakfasts and also very cheap); “Hotel Alvear' restaurant, inside this hotel you will find the best brunch of BA; Restaurant 'Munich Recoleta' (Meditarránean, Spanish and Italian cuisine) and the famous 'Cafe La Biela' its the most classic place to take a coffee seating in the street.
If you are wanting to stay home and enjoy the wonderful kitchen that has the apartment, just 4 blocks to the west is 'Disco grocery', its one of the most exclusive supermarket, open from 8:30am till 9:00pm. If passed the 9pm, no problem!, 2 blocks away is the pantry 'Esso Shop Las Heras Ave.' open 24/7.
In terms of public transport has bus stops throughout the area (2 blocks away is the Las Heras Ave. with all bus conecction to every place in BA)

Excellent location, beautiful apartment!

I loved this place! Lovely, roomy, well stocked and in a great location. We visited for 6 days and took every advantage of the Recoleta neighborhood. We walked to restaurants, shops, the cemetery, the mall and many other places. Getting an Uber to and from the apartment was easy. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. Juan was very communicative before and during our stay and really helped us with some travel questions. Just a great experience overall.

The apartment was just as advertised. And it was very clean. The third bedroom and bathroom were very small but still worked for us. The owner who met us and explained how everything works was wonderful! And the location of the apartment was excellent. The elevator system was a bit tricky, but that just added to the charm! Loved this place.

Really fantastic location, good value for money. A little bit quirky…..but definitely worth it.Also, if there were six stars for communication with the owner….definitely would give a sixth star.
