About this apartment rental
Lauet is a privileged apartment for 4 people located in a privileged area of Puerto Pollensa. Centrally located, close to restaurants, shops and the promenade near the beach with privileged views.
The 65m2 property has a modern and renovated style.
The common areas of the living room and dining room are integrated into an open and very bright space thanks to its large window that leads to the balcony, from where you can enjoy a glass of wine in good company.
The lounge with Sat TV and Wifi has air conditioning and leads to the kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob and all the utensils to prepare your best recipes.
The bedrooms are 2; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, they do not have air conditioning.
As with a bathroom, completely renovated with a shower.
