"Old Farm Cottage" located in North Harpswell just 10 minutes from Bowdoin College and downtown Brunswick. The cottage is a renovated Victorian Cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. New appliances in kitchen, Cozy living room and Family room. Vermont Castings wood stove. Well insulated, Heated with forced hot air oil burning furnace. Laundry is in basement. The house has a wide wrap around porch overlooking fields that flow to water front. Situated on the Old Dunning Farm, where 3 other homes share 50 acres of the Harpswell coast. Available for summer weekly rentals or off season long term rental for responsible tenant.

Once again, a wonderful stay in Old Farm Cottage. It's our perfect location in addition to it be spotless and well appointed. Bill and Katarina are amazing hosts. Thank you for your assistance with the keys! Hope now wants a John Deer toy tractor with snow shovel attached. Looking forward to staying with you again.

We arrived after dark and the lights were on with coffee prepped for the next morning. The cottage had everything we could have wanted for making meals, relaxing in the the scenic surroundings and the location was perfect for our needs. Wonderful beds added to our experience! Bill and Katarina offered generous hospitality at every turn. We're looking forward to staying with you again soon.

Great hosts who were always available but also unobtrusive. Beautiful fields in front of our cottage with woods behind made for a great Maine experience. House was older but recently remodeled and contained everything we could possible need. Just sit on the porch and enjoy the turkey and deer wandering past you!
