Coastal farmhouse in venture out! Beach is across the St<br>7 night min stay summer

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, beautiful, and exactly as described. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for our trip. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This community is amazing. You cannot ask for a better place to stay. Even thou across street from beach golf cart used very handy. Kristy is a great host her place is very clean and cozy. Great location. Will definitely book again.

We had an amazing stay. Kristy was so easy to communicate with and we had no issues what so ever! Venture Out is somewhere we stay usually once a year and this was our first time staying with Kristy- we will definitely be back and plan to stay here!

The rental was "Extremely Quite" (which was what we wanted), Peaceful, Friendly Neighborhood in an Excellent Location, Clean, property was in Good Condition, Modern Farmhouse/Beach theme (was exactly as shown on website), "above average quality" provided starter things such as, hand soap, room refresher etc., provided all needed small appliances and dishes/pots/pans etc. regular washer & a dryer. There was a Large parking space for our large high top customized van to park off street, making unloading to go into the rental less than 5 ft, that was a real plus!! Check in was so simple, just enter the code and the door opens. A provided electric golf cart was really useful and fun to go to the surrounding areas of recreation, such as, across the street beach & swimming pool, other things like tennis court, shuffle board, putt-putt and at the back where the Lagoon was another swimming pool, dock to fish off of, and enjoy the view of the boats docked there, and at night was able to sit back there on golf cart & listen to some light relaxing music coming from an outdoor restaurant that joined the area. The other homes were interesting to see, all their different decorations & etc. Very Good Vacation there. Kristy was a great host, easy to work with and extremely prompt on any questions we had. The only thing I wish for that was not there was that I wish could be changed is: change to either a love seat or separate soft med. size Recliner/s and a floor sitting dining chairs with a Backs on them. For someone like myself that has back and feet health issues, not having those items made it UN- comfortable for me. I highly recommend this rental to everyone.
